| When you submit your service request report, it will be
entered into our database for tracking purposes. Periodically we will
post notices regarding service requests reported by our customers in the
Known Problems section of this page.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the requested
service.
Known Problems- The following is a list of
some known problems with our products / services; we are working to
correct them A.S.A.P.
- Problem playing The Hunters' Harvest on some XBox
game systems and computer drives. Video becomes splotchy with
green and grey patches and audio speeds up at chapter 11. This is
caused by the layer break of this dual layer disc not being
interpreted correctly by these drives.
